As part of (Family) Planning Ahead, we are: 1. Conducting a survey of people who are pregnant or have recently had a baby In this survey, we ask what information people want to help make decisions about birth control after having a baby, and when and how they want to receive this. We also ask what matters most to people when receiving health care before and after having a baby. Learn more or participate 2. Holding group listening sessions with people who are pregnant or have recently had a baby In these sessions, we talk about what matters most to people when receiving health care before and after having a baby. We also ask for people's feedback on a patient decision aid (guide) we are developing to help people to make decisions about birth control after having a baby. Learn more or participate 3. Consulting with family planning experts and health professionals who provide pregnancy or postpartum care Via this consultation, we will solicit views on important care processes and outcomes when providing pregnancy and postnatal care. We will also seek feedback on a patient decision aid we are developing to support decision-making about postpartum contraception. Register your interest |
